Andrew Kennedy - Principal

 BCom/LLB(Hons) Dip Com CA

Andrew is the Principal of Prudentia Law and is versed in providing advice to clients on a range of issues such as property investment, business purchases, leasing, and trust structuring. Andrew is a qualified solicitor and chartered accountant, and has spent his working career as a tax consultant for a large accounting firm, advisor to property clients, and trustee/manager for a large number of clients’ personal empires.

 

  

Teresa Shaw – Legal Executive

BCom

Teresa is our Legal Executive who has vast experience in dealing with conveyancing of property, and sale and purchase agreements for home buyers and property investors. In the past Teresa has managed a large conveyancing practice and been involved in setting up practice systems and manuals for conveyancing systems. If you have any questions regarding the conveyancing process, Teresa should be your first point of contact.
