At Prudentia Law we understand that our clients are always interested to know what the likely costs of the work are going to be. While we can never be precise as to the exact pricing of work we undertake, we provide below a guide to our estimated fees for some of our more common attendances.

When you do instruct us to undertake work we provide you with a detailed Terms of Engagement that will explain the work to be performed, the estimated costs and any exceptions to those.

Trust Maintenance

• We provide a comprehensive trust maintenance package – Trust Maintenance Package

Purchasing a Property or Home

• $950 + GST and disbursements

Selling a Property or Home

• $850 + GST and disbursements

Setting up a Company

• $500 plus GST and disbursements

LIM Review

• $250 plus GST and disbursements

Title Review

• $100 plus GST and disbursements

Family Trust Structure (including conveyancing)

• $3,250 plus GST and disbursements (for a couple)
• $2,950 plus GST and disbursements (for an individual)

Refinance for one property to a different lender with no transfer

• $700 plus GST and disbursements

Refinance for one property with transfer to a new entity

• $750 plus GST and disbursements

Power of Attorney

• $50 plus GST and disbursements

Will

• $400 plus GST and disbursements for a couple
• $250 plus GST and disbursements for an individual

Gifting (annually)

• $300 plus GST and disbursements for a couple
• $200 plus GST and disbursements for an individual

General Security Agreements and PPSR registrations
