You should also consider having a standard FACSIMILE CLAUSE in your agreement before signing so that if various negotiations take place between you and the Vendor these can be done by facsimile or electronic scanning, rather than post or face-to-face.

OTHER CLAUSES

Depending on the exact circumstances of your purchase you may also consider including other clauses for your protection. Such clauses could include Engineers’ Reports on land stability if you have concerns about the property itself, or possibly a Rubbish Disposal clause if there is specific rubbish on the property that you definitely want cleared prior to settlement.
