Trustee Resolutions

Trustee Resolutions are the documents entered into by the Trustees to record the transactions and decisions the Trustees enter into for the management of the trust. It is important that you attempt to document and sign-off all decisions the trustees are making because it shows that the Trust’s assets are being managed in accordance with the Trust Deed’s provisions and can exponentially help in defending any outside claim that the trust is a “sham trust”.
