How is a Trust Formed?

Every TRUST has three critical parties: These are:

• The Settlor;
• The Trustees; and
• The Beneficiaries.

There are also other functions/roles on a TRUST that parties can play, and these include APPOINTORS and, potentially, PROTECTORS.
