An annual return is a statutory obligation for a company that arises under the Companies Act.

It is different to the annual income tax return that a company must file with the Inland Revenue Department, which is filed through the Companies Office website.

It is a record of the shareholder and director details for the company and it also confirms the addresses for the company regarding its registered office and its address for service for legal document/proceedings.

If you would like Prudentia Law to assist with the statutory management of your company, prepare appropriate company resolutions for company transactions, and file the annual returns for you, we would be happy to help.
